Scope of Work
Recently complete project by MCC for a private customer. Compressed air aftercoolers for a temporary air compressor installation. Total project consisted of 8 units. Completed by MCC’s certified pipe welders who are members of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 577, Portsmouth, OH.

Scope of Work
Remove and replace 3 ea. 750 gal, 6250 GPH steam powered water heaters.
Remove and replace a triplex water softener system.
Remove and replace several deteriorated domestic water, steam, and condensate piping systems.
Install a new 900 ft long 8” HDPE gas main to the central boiler facility via the directional boring method.
Coordinate multiple system shutdowns and tie-ins so as not to effect the operation of Southern Ohio Correctional Facility.

Install two new Cleaver Brooks CFC 1,000 MBTU condensing boilers in existing mechanical space.
Install new propane tank farm consisting of a pair of 2000 gal storage tanks, retaining wall, and security fence enclosure.
Work performed in conjunction with BDT Architects from Athens, OH and Kramer Engineering from Columbus, OH.

HVAC Subcontractor to J&H Erectors.
Uponor radiant floor heating system. 7 zones encompassing 24,000 sq. ft.
Daikin VRF air conditioning system in office area.
Project performed using the NMAPC agreement with the Tri –State Building Trades.

Scope of Work
Two new 150 HP Cleaver Brooks CB Ohio Special Boilers.
New Feed water system.
New Deaerator Tank System.
Misc. concrete removal and replacement to install new floor trench drain system, new access ramp in to boiler room for owner access, remove and replace wall louvers to allow access in basement boiler room for boiler placement.
